Product Description

Zinc Aluminum Magnesium Coated Steel is one newly developed with coating layers of 100-450g +/-10g which  53% aluminum, 43% zinc, 2% magnesium, 1.5% silicon, and other elements, the domestic coating code is AZM.



Exterior:
The surface of the galvanized magnesium steel plate has a crystallized small spangle texture, and the neatly arranged small spangles make the appearance of the plated product more natural and delicate. The special resin protective film coated on the surface keeps the surface of the product smooth and metallic. The spangles of the Al-Zn-Mg steel sheet are more fine and uniform than that of the Al-Zn-Mg steel sheet.

Characteristic:
The aluminum-zinc-magnesium coating has anti-corrosion performance, and the various metal elements in the alloy coating work together to reduce the surface coating consumption rate of the coated steel product. At the same time, the corrosion resistance of the cut section of the coated steel product is also improved. In most cases, the performance is better than that of galvanized steel with the same amount of coating, and also better than galvanized steel.
The service life of Al-Zn-Mg steel plate in general environment is more than 30 years.

Principle of corrosion resistance of aluminum-zinc-magnesium:
